Mission and Goal
The District Attorney’s Workers’ Compensation Fraud Unit has been formed with the mission of aggressively prosecuting those who knowingly commit fraud against the workers’ compensation system, whether they be county or private employees.

By pursuing this mission, this Unit hopes to send a message to all employees that workers’ compensation fraud will not be tolerated in Stanislaus County. Our goal is to reduce the incidence of workers’ compensation fraud in this county and to bring those who have defrauded the system to justice.
